The worst Chili's I've ever been to. Service was aweful. Food was average, as usual. But service was terrible. The people were rude and slow. The first time I thought it was a bad night for them, the second time I was sure this location sucked.

Perfect economical combination of great food and horrible service! Dine in for carry out price! No one in their right mind can even expect to be tipped for for what is referred to as "service" at this restaurant. Our appetizers were long gone In the 45 minutes we waited for a beer! Our order was wrong but that was corrected pretty smoothly. No one comes back to check how the food is so make sure everything is correct when they drop it off. No one comes to offer refills so ration your drink or just order 2 from the start. It's a good thing that you can review your charges and check out at the table because who knows how long it would have taken to get our bill. There are too many good restaurants close by to settle for "service" like this. AVOID!

Nasty dirty. We came here as we always do for lunch. But after eating half of the appetizer that I ordered and my coworker eating a majority of her food, we realized that the skillet handle covers were covered in old dried food. The manager came over and said he would take the appetizer off the bill. My coworker then asked what was he going to do for the meal she was eating. The manager said that the NASTY handle had no effect on her food. We thought this was completely crazy. He had such an attitude about the situation that had nothing to do with us. In my opinion he thought that nasty handles were acceptable...which they aren't. We will never be dining here again. We had an amazing waiter who took very good care of us, but the manager needs better customer service.

We ordered the 2 for $20 deal here. Our selections were the ribs with fries and the chicken club quesadillas. The ribs were nicely done and hot off the grill. The quesadillas had a good mix of flavors accompanied by a dollop of sour cream and fresh salsa. The service was quick and the waitress was friendly, courteous and helpful. I'm sure we'll be back to visit! Update 2015: This is the place we go when we want to go out within a budget and not spend much more than $20 and generally away from home as the place is fairly universally present. Our experiences have been good so far, although we go out on a somewhat seldom basis.
Just left Chili's and I must say that this was the worst service I've ever experienced in my life! It took about 20mins for our order to be taken, the food was cold when it arrived and they got my daughters order wrong so she had to wait. By the time her burger arrived we were done eating. Thanks Chili's.

My sister, a couple girlfriends and I had dinner here St. Patrick's Day weekend. The restaurant was busy, but our wait was only a few minutes. We ordered burgers, fries, egg rolls and drinks. Everything was good and we had plenty to take home :) Our server, Pasley was very nice and took very good car of us.

On 24 August 2013, I visited the named store for dinner with my family. To began, it took more than 35 minutes to get our appetizers, which came within minutes of our actual dinner. We were initially given a very insincere "sorry" from our waitress Janice, who even admitted that her manager instructed her to apologize to us. Once our food was delivered to our table, we were only visited one other time during our meal by Janice, approximately 5 minutes after the receipt of our food. We were not given, nor offered a refill on our beverages, and by the time we finished eating, we decided to visit a business down the street for further refreshments. Due to our waitress being involved in an argument with one of her co-workers concerning whose turn it was to wait the next table, we decided to pay our check through the system available on the table. Our waitress soon noticed, and rushed to our table to offer a tutorial on it's use. Once it was time to select the tip, the waitress held the online checkout device asking me if 20% was ok, once I told her that I was going to reduce it, she stated "ok, it's up to you, but don't reduce it too much! Most people don't know, but it's 20% now". After the EXTREMELY substandard service, food that seem that it was rushed to be served, and the bullying by our waitress Janice, I will SURELY never visit this location, if any Chili's restaurants, again, ever. Also, this is not the fist time I have experienced terrible service at this location. I have filed a complaint with Chili's, and will update my review with their response.

always great food and new menu options, but this particular CHILI'S service is piss-poor. It took 10 minutes just for a waitress to visit the table. after watching the surrounding tables, whom were seated well after myself, receive their RIBS/STEAKS/BURGERS i finally received my COBB SALAD, 30 minutes after placing the order. the food never disappoints, but the service always does.

I love the 2 for 20 and the 2 for 35 deal that they have going on right now. When you get the 2 for 20 you get one appetizer to share, 2 entrées(like hamburgers, steak, chicken, and baby back ribs(which I didn't care for) just a name a few. With the 2 for 35 you add 2 Margaritas and a dessert to share. I especially like the chocolate chip cookie with ice cream it is big enough for two people to share. Our waitress was okay but they just had her bogged down with two many tables so she wasn't really able to see about us and even make sure we wanted more water. This time I had the steak and I paid an extra 4 dollars to upgrade it from a 6 ounce steak to a 10 ounce steak. Now, this was not the best steak in the world but it was good. I also added the sautéed mushrooms which actually helped the steak taste better. You can also get a side of grilled shrimp for about 3.99 please don't waste your money...These are some baby shrimp and you get about 8 of them. I mean they taste alright but the price was to much for the amount and size of the shrimp. The guacamole was so fresh and the chips were light and you get a big portion for it to be on the 2 for 20. The chili cheese fries...all I have to say is yummy! My girlfriend had the peperoni pizza and it was delicious! The Margarita tasted very good but it was weak and we upgraded to the premiere for 4 dollars but I really didn't see the difference and the shaker had more ice in it then drink. Oh yeah and watch it because your deal price(2 for) can get really pricey with all the upgrades...but I like it because if you are on a budget and you want to go out and hang friends you can and if you have a little extra and can splurge then the way the menu is put together you can do that as well.

It took about 20mins for our order to be taken, the food was cold when it arrived and they got my daughters order wrong so she had to wait. By the time her burger arrived we were done eating.
